Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all the incoming calls, enquires and greeting guests or visitors and divert the calls to colleagues accordingly
  • Handling the printing for name cards, letterheads and envelope
  • Sorting the incoming letterDispatch the document from courier to colleagues and arrange courier arrangement
  • Co-ordinate the conference room schedule in daily
  • Attach to People Function to acquire fundamentals of insurance, human resources and business knowledge
  • Provide support in all aspect of Talent Sourcing and Acquisition and Learning & Development
  • Assist in organising and coordinating various HR initiatives, staff engagement programmes  and internal communications to promote / enhance staff relationship
  • Participate in other assigned projects and initiatives

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in BBA related discipline or Language/Linguistics 
  • Independent worker and quick learner with good learning attitude
  • Individuals who are passionate, fun, creative and determined to make a difference!
  • Good team players who are highly flexible with an analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
