Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning and executing marketing activities of various kinds;

-Coordinate internal / external parties to meet long & short-term goals;

-Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints;

-Provide administrative support to sales & marketing team;

-Participate in other ad-hoc sales & marketing activities.

Requirements:

-Degree holder in in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines (not required but preferred)

-4-5 years working experience in Operation or customer service, preferably in F&B/ Hotel / Retails industry or technology companies;

-Can-do attitude, mature, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;

-Excellent inter-personal skills & telephone manner;

-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

-Experience in customer services of sales is preferable;

-Strong computer(website, Apps usage) knowledge skills is a must;

-Immediate available is preferable.

-Less experience will be considered as of Operation and Administration officer
