Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to the director
• Assist in all matters mostly business related also including personal issue
• Participate in daily management and team support
• Attend and aid promotional sales events
• To deal with internal and external parties
• Learn on the job and be able to complete novel tasks independently
• To assist ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience as a secretary / personal assistant to serve senior management
• Multi-tasking for multiple companies
• Must be detail-oriented and attentive
• Presentable, independent, highly motivated and responsive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint is must
