Duties  

• Provide one-stop services to line departments on manpower planning, sourcing, recruitment and staff counseling
• Formulate & implement HR policies & participate actively in various Human Resources events, functions and projects

Requirements 

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably in banking or financial sector
• Strong communication & project management skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Resources Planning.
