Job Description
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above, preferably with certificate
- 1-2 years working experience in preparing sales documents
- Experience in follow up purchase orders will be an advantage
- Background gained from trading or manufacturing company
- Well-versed in using MS Office such as Excel and Chinese WP
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle purchase orders and arrange delivery with suppliers
- Prepare sales related documents including invoice and quotation
- Handle order processing with clients and maintain order schedules
