Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage scheduling issue of staff providing onsite services
  • Arrange manpower to cover ad-hoc operations request within a tight time frame
  • Allocate rest day, holiday and requested annual leaves within a limited resources
  • Coordinate with clients on post-sales issues
  • Provide statistics and analysis support
  • Assist to improve staff utilization
  • Work closely with other teams on any schedule change in timely manner
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or operations support, preferable in handling schedule & roster
  • Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions
  • Strong numerical sense and with critical thinking 
  • Good sense of responsibility and accountability
