Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle I/E shipping documents and liaise shipment booking with transportation companies and customers
- Follow up orders and logistics issues including invoicing and system input
- Provide general administration and clerical support to the team
- Perform outdoor and ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- F5 or above with relevant work experience
- Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, organized and attentive to details
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese work processing
- Duration: from May 2019 to September 2019
