Responsibilities :

• Responsible for system maintenance, server back-up management, network infrastructure administration and ongoing support of IT systems and service delivery
• Monitor a team to perform daily operation and deliver high quality & on-time IT service for end-user
• Provide user support to end users including (i) solving IT issues relating to desktop / laptop computers, printers, networking, servers and BlackBerry and (ii) troubleshooting software problems such as Operating System and Office Application
• User Accounts Management including emails, in-house systems and proxy server
• Carry out software and hardware installation
• Conduct IT stock inventory control
• Perform other projects or tasks as assigned

 Requirements :

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in Multicultural environment of IT industry
• Experienced in Linux & Microsoft Infrastructure, System Administration and Network Management
• Hands-on experience in mobile devices, networking and system security
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Customer-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Location: Quarry Bay (MTR Station, Exit C) and occasionally work for Tsuen Wan office
