Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate patients' appointment bookings
• Handle patients' queries with good customer service skills and telephone manner
• Provide ad hoc administrative support when required

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 1 year relevant experience preferred
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates / summer jobs would also be considered
