Responsibilities:

• Support Head of HR in recruitment activities including job posting, offer negotiation and on/off-boarding
• Develop effective hiring channels/ tools for quality hire
• Assist the Head of HR in developing employee engagement strategy as well as training/people development strategy, responsible for implementation.
• Lead and participate in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• 8-10 years with solid experience in recruitment, staff training and development
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with positive mindset
