Job Description

Our client is a top tier global FX services group and they are now looking for an Operations & Administrative Assistant (Global FX Group | Institutional Clients Support | MNC) for their expanding operation team. Newly created position, MNC working environment and great job exposure, this role will be engaged with client management (both offshore & institutional clients), follow up with market research, financial analyst and CRM. This is an incredibly excited role which you will have the greatest chance to advance your skill-set in middle-office and institutional client management. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Monitoring, tracking record for cross-border projects and FX payment gateway for both institutional & offshore client management
  • Responsible for account opening, FX reporting, client on-boarding procedure and FX payment gateway
  • Liaise closely with various key business line department with region across Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and other south east Asia region
  • Handle general FX business requests from institutional clients                 
  • Regularly updating and maintaining client database to ensure clients have met the regulatory on-boarding requirement 
  • Working closely with Taiwan office by conducting training session to front line CS new joins on operational guidelines 
  • Responsible in supporting general office administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with Ad-hoc duties as required 

Requirements: 

  • Degree Holder of Finance, Business Management, Economic or equivalence 
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' of clients on-boarding, middle office operations role or any account management exposure   
  • Relevance experiences in banking, financial institution or professional services are beneficial 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese in both Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Attention to details,Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and excellent analytical skills
