Responsibilities 

• Provide receptionist support including handle telephone calls, greet visitors, handle incoming / outgoing correspondence, mailing and courier delivery
• Handle travel arrangements
• Look after general office routine works
• Perform filing / scanning of documents
• Handle office admin work as necessary
• Hand deliver documents as necessary

 Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ working experience of Receptionist or Customer Service in a multicultural environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel
• Pleasant, polite, hardworking and responsible
