Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist support including handle telephone calls, greet visitors, handle incoming / outgoing correspondence, mailing and courier delivery
- Handle travel arrangements
- Look after general office routine works
- Perform filing / scanning of documents
- Handle office admin work as necessary
- Hand deliver documents as necessary
Requirements

Minimum of two years’ working experience of Receptionist or Customer Service in a multicultural environment

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel

Pleasant, polite, hardworking and responsible
