One of our clients, a garment souring company at Kowloon, is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.

Job duties:

• Provide regional helpdesk support to end-users among APAC region.
• Perform user acceptance test for system rollout projects.
• Provide system documentation such as IT operation workflow, user guideline and testing report.
• Training materials preparation and user training delivery to end-users in Hong Kong and APAC region.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years’ working experience in IT industry.
• Sound experience in with regional helpdesk support on PCs and internal systems to end-users.
• Solid knowledge of system rollout, UAT and user training is preferred.
• Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill.
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
