Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • One-man band
  • Handle full spectrum of office administration such as office procurement, office maintenance, insurance, etc.
  • Prepare and review various kinds of business agreement
  • Handle HR tasks such as employee record, payroll, employment contract, recruitment and staff termination, etc.
  • Organize and review all expenses for Finance Department to proceed payment
  • Prepare expenses budget, examine and control office expenses
  • Ad hoc general administrative support

REQUIREMENTS

  • higher diploma/ associate degree or above
  • Must be self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with HK labour ordinance is a must
  • Ability of multi-tasking is a must
  • Able to meet tight deadline
  • Always maintain integrity
  • Immediately available or less than 2 weeks notice is a MUST
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Administrative & HR Manager
