Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- One-man band
- Handle full spectrum of office administration such as office procurement, office maintenance, insurance, etc.
- Prepare and review various kinds of business agreement
- Handle HR tasks such as employee record, payroll, employment contract, recruitment and staff termination, etc.
- Organize and review all expenses for Finance Department to proceed payment
- Prepare expenses budget, examine and control office expenses
- Ad hoc general administrative support
REQUIREMENTS
- higher diploma/ associate degree or above
- Must be self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with HK labour ordinance is a must
- Ability of multi-tasking is a must
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Always maintain integrity
- Immediately available or less than 2 weeks notice is a MUST
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Administrative & HR Manager
