Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing offer and operation flow with different parties on behalf of sales team
• Provide system set-up testing prior to the launch of marketing offers
• Prepare and consolidate sales reports and communicate to the management regularly
• Update and maintain all sales and post-sales related documentation
• Handle daily retail operations issues, including follow up shop operations and offer maintenance, assist new offers launch procedures and compile sales reports, etc
• Provide administrative supports to department
• Work closely with the sales team and marketing team to reduce friction in the sales process
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above with 2 years working experiences
• Preference with experience in Sales Planning Management
• Proficient in both written English & Chinese
• Able to identify operation deficiency and upkeep control quality
• Able to recommend solution to improve operations & control
• Good problem solving skill and interpersonal and communications skill
• Able to work independently
• Innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated & committed towards assigned achievement
