Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing professional training activities as well as operations related materials including planning, preparing and conducting in-house training courses to frontline staff;
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders for training needs analysis and program development;
• Develop and organize different customer service, team building programs and elearning programs/ projects;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline;
• 3-5 years hands-on experience gained in retail / service industry or sizable companies;
• Elearning experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated with good presentation and communication skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing.
