Responsibilities:

• Collect business requirements and prepare user requirements specification (URS)
• Develop test plan and participate/ assist end users in user acceptance testing (UAT) as and when required
• Liaise between Life Operations and IT teams
• Assist in driving and executing Life Operations projects including new products/ initiatives and system enhancement
• Assist in project planning, resources allocation and progress monitoring
• Support on any ad hoc projects provided by management
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in business, finance, information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• Hands-on experience in collecting business requirements from various level users
• Experience in developing test scenarios and in performing user acceptance testing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Minimum of 4 years related experience in insurance and/ or banking and finance sectors

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
