Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and messages
• Attend to visitor enquiries
• Administer the booking of conference and training/meeting rooms and registry of attendance
• Administer the attendance record
• Handle other administrative and ad hoc duties

 Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in MNC
• Mature, independent and flexible
• Well-versed in MS Office applications
