Responsibilities:

• Report to Administration Manager
• Responsible for customer order processing
• Prepare and handle vendor or supplier's purchase orders
• Prepare and handle billings and sales reports
• Assist Manager to manage a clerical support team

 Requirements:                               

• High Diploma of Business Administration / Procurement or above                
• 5 years’ relevant working experience or above
• Be Self-motivated, proactive and well-organized
• Be meticulous and detailed in work
• Have Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to details
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
