Responsibilities:

1)      Provide overall admin and secretarial support to the team 

2)      Co-ordinate with accounts team for invoicing and payment matters 

3)      Prepare client contracts, quotations and presentation materials 

4)      Assist in event support and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirement:

1)      Diploma of Secondary Education graduate or above

2)      At least 5 years Secretary / Personal Assistant experience to Managing Director

3)      Good at MS.Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing a must

4)      Good Chinese and English language skills

5)      Good communication skills and admin experience in supporting client servicing teams

6)      Self-discipline and able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks
