Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, etc.
• Formulate, execute and improve Human Resources procedures and policies, ensure that they are in line with corporate directions and business needs and ensure full compliance with rules and regulations
• Handle Payroll, MPF contribution and tax reporting administration.
• Maintain productive, passionate and cooperative culture across the Company.
• Monitor/improve employees' performance & morale as well as to maintain staff discipline;
• Work closely with management to implement sound solutions for all rounded Human Resources functions.
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years solid HR experiences.
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to human resources.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin   
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing;
• More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager.
• Immediate available is preferred.
