Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, etc.
- Formulate, execute and improve Human Resources procedures and policies, ensure that they are in line with corporate directions and business needs and ensure full compliance with rules and regulations
- Handle Payroll, MPF contribution and tax reporting administration.
- Maintain productive, passionate and cooperative culture across the Company.
- Monitor/improve employees' performance & morale as well as to maintain staff discipline;
- Work closely with management to implement sound solutions for all rounded Human Resources functions.
- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years solid HR experiences.
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to human resources.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing;
- More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager.
- Immediate available is preferred.
