Job Description

I. Purpose and Objective of Position: 

  • This position is responsible for high-volume, multiple regional field openings. Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on business needs, and implement creative and cost-effective strategies to ensure business staffing needs are fulfilled quickly and with minimal disruption to the business.   
  • He/She also accountable for the coordination of training & development programmes to support the organisational goals and objectives.   Ensuring all new staff have gone through Orientation Programme and, ensure any HR Communication be announced at a timely and appropriate manner

 

II. Job Responsibilities: 

 

Talent Acquisition:

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist with recruitment efforts.

  • Develop recruitment strategy. This including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…

  • Sources candidates directly in the marketplace, use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. May need to develop, support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.

     

T&D Coordination

  • Evaluate and review training service vendors to ensure programmes meet the corporate and learner needs.

  • Plan, implement and monitor the training plans and training budget.

  • Evaluating the training & development programs and, training effectiveness on a regular basis

  • Developing and maintaining a user friendly training library and records in the HR share drive.

HR Communication :-

  • Ensure HR communication to be announced in an appropriate and timely manner.

  • Organize staff / company activities to stimulate staff morale.

 III.           Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

  • Good experience on recruitment

  • Past experience with Supply Chain Solution Industry an advantage

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills

  • Must have the potential and desire to grow within the organization

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team

  • Proficient in using Office365 an advantage

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
  • Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
