Responsibilities:

• To regularly review the Operation Audit and QA call items to enhance control at retail shops and sales channels
• To produce operation audit and QA call report and highlights areas for improvement
• To identify root causes of complaints and drive for improvement
• To identify operation deficiency and upkeep control quality
• To recommend solution to improve operations & control

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKCEE / HKDSE or above with 1 - 2 years working experiences and good knowledge in HKT and csl systems
• Sound Knowledge in sales operation process and product offers
• Good problem solving skill
• Good interpersonal and communications skill
• Able to work independently
• Innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated & committed towards assigned achievement
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good in PC skills such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
