CEO Office Assistant / Personal Assistant

Job Description:

• Take care of personal and confidential matters of the CEO and his family including but not limited to scheduling personal activities and processing expense claims
• Perform full range of business and secretarial support 
• Manage the CEO's daily appointments, organise travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the agenda
• Coordinate and provide assistance in various company activities & functions
• Work with wide range of contact at all level, from within and outside organisation to facilitate and maintain a smooth work-flow
• Prepare management announcements and other business related reports
• Provide administrative support to the offices
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by company

Requirements:

• 8-12 years or above experience in serving Senior Management 
• Pro-active, organised, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good individual performer and also a good team player
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
