Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of 5 shops;
• Manpower Planning for all shops;
• Lead, Supervise, and Coach service staff to delivering excellent customer service & food quality & hygiene;
• Hiring , training the frontline staff as well as maintaining a highly motivated team;
• Handle complaints, identify the problems and suggest solutions;
• Drive and motivate the Sales team to achieve the company target;
• Analyze and plan sales and profitability;
• Assist in Polices & Procedure / Operations manuals preparation;
• Perform administration duties including cash management, machines operations, restaurant security, housekeeping;
• Provide all kinds of retail administration support, handle all enquiries and ad-hoc requests from shops and landlords during retail business hours;
  
  

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Operations Management or other related disciplines;
• At least 3-5 years supervisory experience in Retail or F&B industry;
• Excellent command of English & Cantonese is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese is an advantage, not a must.
• Attention to details, able to work multi-task under pressure;
• Willing to handle ad-hoc requests, enquiries and reporting from shops after office hours;
• Excellent people management, communications and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in PK skills, MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet applications is a must.
