Responsibilities:

• Focus on handle travel arrangement, air-ticket and hotel booking
• Liaise with other departments to perform office administrative duties
• Perform receptionist duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team

Requirements:
• DSE/ F.5 or above
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Conversant with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing & online searching
• Detail-minded, willing to learn and with positive working attitude to support the team
• Stable, pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
