Job Description

Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Supporting day-to-day payroll operations
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly statements and reports
  • Checking and processing employees expenses claims
  • Handling MPF administration, including new employees enrollment
  • Managing and maintain data in the payroll system
  • Filing monthly payroll documentation

HR System Management

  • Manage external service providers to provide quality and timely system enhancement and ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain HR System database
  • Assist in rolling out of the new system with testing & debugging
  • Provide daily support to system users relating to system queries and issues

Employee Management & Development

  • Managing all on-boarding matters for new hires, including IT, Admin and Induction processes
  • Working on Foreign visa applications for new and renewal applications
  • Handling all exit management issues including retirement and resignation administration
  • Managing a range of benefit administration functions, including leave and insurance entitlements
  • Supporting Management reporting on staff movement and well-being
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives 

Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Senior Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • A diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Creative, resourceful, meticulous, organised and proactive team player
  • Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
