Responsibilities: 

• Manage information system project starting from defining project scope to ensure delivery of quality project on time and within budget
• Manage and closely monitor, from different prospectives, of the assigned projects including but not limited to resources and support, cost control and risk assessment
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify changes due to change in system and process as well as manage stakeholders’ expectations on the information system
• Explore and review contemporary business solutions to support Human Resources Department initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years work experience in implementing information system
• Previous experience in retails, food and beverage is preferred
• Knowledge in Oracle PeopleSoft, talent management solutions, BI as well as Kronos Timekeeper is definite advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
