Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• 6-8 years relevant experience with over 2 years as supervisory role
• Solid experience in managing all-rounded office administrative functions
• Background from sizable corporations, preferably in industrial sector
• Independent, result-oriented, energetic with good communication skills
• Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of administration functions to ensure the smooth daily operations
• Deliver office administration tasks related to office supplies procurement, insurance & license renewal, vendor management, expatriates administration and renovation projects
• Responsible for office facilities management and repair & maintenance with external vendors
• Update and maintain procurement record and assist in preparing budget for cost control practice
• Organize company & staff activities and assist in reviewing administration policies & procedures
