Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations;
• Coordinate office equipment maintenance, supplies and procurement;
• Provide high level and all-round secretarial support to Senior Executive;
• Assist to follow up on various corporate projects/functions;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required. 

Requirements: 

• A recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience in administration preferably with exposure in financial sector;
• Experience on supporting senior executive required;
• Excellent skills in written English with Grade C or above in Syllabus B in the HKCEE or equivalent;
• Proven stable working history;
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word; 
• Initiative, quick response, well organizational skill and strong interpersonal skill. 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant

We offer 5-day work week, double pay, discretionary performance bonus and medical plan. Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
