Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of professional HR services and advice including employee relations, manpower planning and recruitment & selection
• Monitor and support talent acquisition as to provide effective strategies and services
• Responsible for recruitment process, conduct orientation for new hires, probation survey, exit interview, employment visa and other employment related matters;
• Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
• Update and maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile
• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners of HR related matters
  
• Prepare HR reports for management review
• Participate in ad hoc projects within the Company as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
• At least 5 years related experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
