Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limited to manpower planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, leave and attendance records
• Responsible for Recruitment functions including job advertisement, interview arrangement and new joiners’ on boarding procedures
• Liaise with line managers to identify the hiring needs and review recruitment channels
• Manage employee contract and other hiring related documentation tasks
• Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Organized, initiative, able to work independently and perform multi-tasks
• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedure

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
• A minimum 2-3 years’ solid relevant HR experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
• Good interpersonal skills, good team player and good time management in a working environment
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word process is an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Human Resources Officer position
• Outdoor work maybe required
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
