Office of Dean of Science

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to academic programmes, research-related and personnel matters. He/She will provide support in (i) preparing correspondences, (ii) liaising with internal and external users, (iii) organizing activities, (iv) performingad-hoc tasks / any duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree with two years of work experience, or University graduate with one year of work experience. Effective communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential. He/She should also possess good organisation and analytical skills; be proactive and creative, mature and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing is required.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one to two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
