Job Duties

 Recruitment & Staffing

• Responsible for the daily operations in recruitment, contact candidates for arranging tests and interviews, prepare full set of employment documents and follow up all logistics arrangements
• Responsible for the new join & exit staff, filing system and policies on HR services

Employee Relations

• Supervise the staff engagement program and projects to encourage employee relationship
• To Plan and organize the employee recreational activities

Training & Development

• Handling various training tasks in the HR & Training Department
• Partnership with line departments to identify training needs, design relevant programs and monitor progress
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Liaise with external training organizations and consultants
• Manage training resources including training budgets, expenses and personnel in an effective manner

Other HR Matters

• To ensure the working procedure is under the requirement of company policies
• To prepare accurate HR reports that meet company requirements
• Any other HR & Admin ad-hoc projects or other assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration areas, experience from Engineering / Heavy industry is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Mature, pleasant, good communication skill, independent, initiative and hard-working
• Immediately available is preferred
