Responsibilities:

• Assist the team to provide legal support and advice to the Group;
• Manage and liaise with external lawyers and other legal service providers;
• Maintain and manage database and filing system of all legal documents;
• Prepare, review and advise on contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Monitor status of agreement process from negotiating to duly executed;
• Review, and comment on Group’s operational policies and procedures from a legal perspective;
• Work closely with cross-function teams;
• Provide legal support on ad hoc projects as requested; and
• Perform secretarial and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Legal/law Studies, Qualified Lawyer in Hong Kong is preferable but not a must;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal field;
• Proficiency in MS applications;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, organized, multi-tasking and word under pressure;
• Excellent drafting skills; and
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable.
