In order to cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for high caliber person to join our team as Human Resources & Administrative Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, development and employee relations etc
• delivery efficiency services and provide support to the company and staff
• Formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures to sustain the growth of the company
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment process, preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, on-boarding procedures. 
• Report to Human Resources Manager
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• 1 year or above relevant HR experience
• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Flexible and enjoy working in a new set up environment
• Immediate available is highly preferred
