Job Responsibilities

Your mission is to train Opticians, Eye Care Professionals, Optical Chain retail staff and distributor staff in China, Hong Kong and Asian markets.

You will  develop their skills and knowledge about Silhouette brand and Neubau eyewear brand, history, culture, products, technique and sales.

Working with the Regional Sales Director and local Sales & Marketing team, you will set up your training plan and use all available tools, processes, and systems to consistently deliver training to Opticians, Sales staff and Eye Care Professionals in order to build Brand Image, help grow sales and improve service to the end consumers.
 

Job requirements and skills

Ideally, you are a degree holder in marketing or education studies and/or you have a minimum of 5 year experience as a trainer in the premium consumer goods sector; experience in eyewear and/or optical lens sector is a plus.

You are a positive and outgoing person, autonomous and ready to travel to China and Asia at least 40% of your time.

You are a skilled presenter and good team player. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

You speak fluently Mandarin and Cantonese and have a professional command of English.

You can demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
