Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of daily office administrative support, including office supplies handling, office equipment & facilities maintenance, license renewal, etc
• Assist in checking the bills for administration expense
• Responsible for office safety and security issues
• Supervise a small of admin team, which consists of receptionist, office assistant and amah
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2 years administrative experience
• Mature, well organized, detail-minded, initiative, and able to work independently
• Hands-on experience in supervising an administration team will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to perform multi-task to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff at all levels
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
