Job Description
Job Duties:
l Handle daily service calls or inquiries from external clients
l Prepare quotation and follow up with clients
l Work closely with technical team and liaise with customers on after-sales services
l Co-ordination with technician and sales team
Requirements:
l High Diploma or above
l 1 – 3 years’ customer service experience is preferred
l Good communication and presentation skills
l Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
l Knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
