Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of compensation and benefit functions for designated brands for HK & Macau including allowance / commission / incentive calculation, tax filing, leave / attendance / MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in reviewing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in the HRIS
- Prepare various C&B reports for management review
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ solid experience in C&B, preferably gained from sizable retail companies
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong & Macau
- Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skill
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Excel knowledge, preferably with exposure in using MRC HRIS
- Excellent command of written Chinese and English
