Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the office
• Perform general clerical duties such as information search, collection and compilation, checking and filing, interview arrangement, etc.
• Liaise with outside parties and handle enquiries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1 year or above clerical experience
• Good communication skill, attentive to details, multi-tasking, service-oriented and like to contact people
• Willing to learn and eager to make progress
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese WP
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Fresh graduates with better qualification are also welcome to apply
