Job Descriptions

1)       Manage and supervise a full spectrum of human resources and administration management, not only recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, but also, talent management, performance management and employee relations.

2)       Provide HR consultancy services to other departments and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed

3)       Ensure compliance and consistency of HR practices across the company.

4)       Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

5)       Help with the consolidation of regular HR reports for the management review.

6)       Providing leadership and direction to the HR team.

7)       To provide administrative support to office and retail shop.

8)       Handle Ad-hoc project as required.

Job Requirements:

1)       Degree holder or above in Human Resources and Business Administration related disciplines.

2)       8 years or above solid generalist experience in human resources management, preferred in the retail industry.

3)       Solid experience in handling HRIS is a definite advantage.

4)       Initiative, self-motivated, detailed and result oriented, strong time management and leadership skills.

5)       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of people.

6)       Good knowledge in labour ordinances and HR related regulations in HK, with PRC labour law experience is preferred.

7)       Strong PC skills in using MS office and Chinese word processing.

8)       Proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

9)       Immediate available is preferred.
