Job Description

Duties:

Provide secretarial support to the directors
Provide personal assistant to the directors
Assist in all matters mostly business related also including personal issue
Learn on the job and be able to complete novel tasks independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and good listener
Participate in daily management and team support
To deal with internal and external parties
To assist ad-hoc assignment
Attend and aid promotional sales events
Good computer skills including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Multi-tasking for multiple companies

Requirements:

At least 2 years relevant in administrative
MUST be detail-oriented and attentive
Merchandising background is preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint is must
Good in both English and Mandarin
Presentable and detail-minded
Work independently and highly motivated and responsive
Small family-owned friendly company
