Responsibilities

• Provide support to daily operations of the ICT & AVA systems including photo/video shooting and equipment set-up during school events.
• Be responsible to maintenance of the ICT & AVA equipment in school.
• Manage maintenance and update of the school website, intranet and the ICT related systems.
• Installation of software and hardware for the school computing systems.
• Serve as helpdesk assistant for the ICT related tools.
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal or her delegates.

Requirements

• Have a degree or diploma in information technology or related disciplines
• Possess a good knowledge of the operation and system support of Mac/PC desktops, Windows and OS X servers etc
• Be able to provide technical support in operating ICT and equipment and systems
• Be competent in Microsoft Office and Mac-related software
• Be experienced in technical management in a school environment preferred
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
