Job Duties:

• Account management including music school, teachers, candidates
• Handling inquiries (FB, IG, email, whatsapp)
• Candidates management including enrollment, appeal, reschedule, complaints etc.
• Working with our partners including point of entry, exam venue, school
• Collecting mark sheets from Examiners' hotel once a week
• Repare and send eDM and SMS notifications for candidates.
• Working with Accounting on payment to Rockschool and to RSL UK
• Setup Hong Kong Postal services, for sending out posters, information confirmation form, mark sheets, certificates
• Prepare info and print labels for mailings - Attend Rockschool events and Music Theory Exams

Requirement:

• Working experience in examination centre (Rockschool examination) or education sector will be an advantage
• Pop / Rock music background is preferred
• Good team player with positive attitude, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• High proficiency in computer applications and MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduated is also welcome
