Job Description
Job Duties:
• Coordinate and organize meetings, events,
visits and projects for the organization
• Prepare proposals, reports and necessary
documents for projects and office administration
• Prepare and manage organization publication,
including newsletters and special issues
• Update and monitor website and social
media
• Liaise with Hong Kong and PRC government
authorities, professional bodies, institutions, trade associations and contractors/vendors
• Provide secretariat services to members
and related committee(s)
• Manage membership database, recruitment
and renewal
• Handle enquiries and complaints
• Responsible
for administration management, to ensure all administration functions are in-line with the Organization’s policy and with high efficiency standard and in cost saving approach
• Perform any other duties as assigned
by the Board and committees
Requirements:
• Higher diploma or degree holder in
Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Journalism, Languages, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ working experience
in project management, preferably with solid experience in civil service or NGOs and undertaking projects subsidized by government funding
• With basic accounting knowledge, sound
knowledge of basic corporate governance and compliance related matters
• Good command of written and spoken
English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good event and project management skills,
multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and organizational
skills and able to work in a team and independently
• Computer proficiency in MS office applications
and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
