Job Description
Role: Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia
Location: Wanchai, HK
We are extending our HQ Recruitment team and looking forward to meeting you in Hong Kong.
Your responsibilities will be:
- To attract, hire and onboard talent for Home Credit operations in Asia (including China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong)
- To hire independently using own sources
- To develop candidate pipeline and database for key positions
- To maintain high quality recruitment process while keeping competitive time to hire
- To build excellent employer brand and continuously improve candidate experience
- To help improve Recruitment Process across HC countries in Asia through training, coaching and regular process review with counterparts in countries
- Ensure quality of hiring info pack
- Determine and continuously re-invent sourcing channels for candidates
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers and local HR
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates and assist with candidate communication
- Help to assess, test and select candidates
- Maintain internal candidate database, keep schedule of ongoing contact with potential future candidates
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Use social and professional networking sites to help identify and source candidates
- Perform reference and background checks for selected candidates and new hires
- Keep records of candidate interviews, interview reports, tests, progress reports etc. to ensure compliance with the recruitment process
- Provide regular feedback and reports to countries and HQ
- Close cooperation with the HQ TA team based in Prague
Our expectation on the potential candidate:
- University degree, to be fluent in English and Mandarin
- 7+ years of hands-on experience of end-to-end recruitment (preferably agency)
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels in China, other Asian countries an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of selection process best practice including technology trends, psychometric testing, reference checks, etc.
- Good understanding of HR Marketing/Employer Branding
- Very good working knowledge of LinkedIn and other social networks
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skills, analytical with attention to detail
- Structures, organized and process oriented
- Well-developed customer relations skills, good communicator
- Very good problem solving skills
- Persistent, independent, highly trustworthy and loyal person
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously and to work under pressure
