Responsibilities:

• To provide quality and instant customer service to customers on repair service via telephone (handle and resolve customers’ enquiries).
• To record call orders and arrange technical support for maintenance service.
• Handle customer complaints and record in log-book.
• (Forward the complaints to relevant supervisor or line manager for further investigation if it deemed necessary).
• To communicate with internal teams to resolve any issues arisen during service delivery.
• (Ensure all problems have forwarded to relevant department and responded to customers properly).
• To perform administrative role for the customer such as job arrangement.

Qualifications:

• F.5 HKDSE or above
• At least 2-3 years' work experience in customer service / call centre.
• At least 2-3 years supervise experience in administrative field.
• Good telephone manner, communication and problem solving skills.
• Customer-focused and able to work independently.
• Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Miner concept of Security equipment are preferable.
• Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge e.g. Access, Word, Excel.
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.

Salary: HK$11,000 – HK$15,000.
