Job Description

Responsibilities: 

 Compensation & Benefits (50% time allocation) 

  • Partner with AP HR team to conduct regional compensation and benefits administration including monthly salary verifications and cross checking to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Handle payroll related reports and staff costing budget file
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll related matters and enquiries Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll related matters and enquiriesparticipate in annual staff costing budget exercise
  • Provide support for annual performance and salary review by preparing review letters, update spreadsheet and tracking progress
  • Manage high volume data input and calculation for year-end performance reviews

 

HR projects and others (50% time allocation) 

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in the AP region
  • Participate in managing and operating performance review process for the AP region and assigned functions
  • Participate in recruitment activities including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process to ensure HR protocols align to the Firm's priority strategies
  • Update HR database and maintain employee records and work closely with Participating Firm HR and Business Unit representative
  • Assist HR Manager on handling employee life cycle and other local HR enquiries

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree in HR management or related business disciplines

Years of Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a HR capacity as HR Generalist, C&B functions in a sizeable organization.

Other Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Enjoy working with numbers and data
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiar with Asia Pacific employment related statutory benefits and compensation
  • Self-motivated with good project management skills; experience and ability to work with confidential information and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must and Chinese is desirable
