Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide systems maintenance and administration tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
- Documentation on system and network infrastructure
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer, IT or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010
- Knowledge on Anti-Virus and EndPoint solutions (SEP, OfficeScan, Protection Suite, etc)
- Experience in SAN storage, VM (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
- Holder of MCSE or MCITP is preferred.
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available
